Eligibility: Candidates should have passed any Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks for General Category & 45% marks for the Reserved Category.
Specializations: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management and Management Information System. KIMT is running MBA program from the past 14 years. The USP of management programs at KIMT is to build awareness amongst students about the socio-economic environment, both domestic & international and its implications for businesses, polishing analytical & problem solving skills using modern day management tools to enhance leadership & decision making capabilities. KIMT offers a full time, two year, post-graduate program in MBA approved by AICTE & affiliated to I.K.G. Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. It is a dual specialization program with a combination of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management and Management Information Systems.
The focus of marketing specialization is on sharpening analytical and decision-making skills on topics such as advertising, digital marketing, integrated marketing, communication, brand/product management etc.
The finance specialization addresses issues relating to financial services & securities with relevant coverage of high technology firms, large corporations & entrepreneurial companies.
HR being highly specialized & critical function of business administration holds utmost importance in the curriculum of management.
