Hostel Facility

Hostel is self-sufficient in all respects to take care of every need of the student while charging reasonable boarding & lodging fee. The various kinds of services provided for the students inside the hostel premises are as:

The lady Doctor visits the Hostel dispensary on regular basis. The hostels of the college provide an environment akin to home and a family member like treatment is meted out to the hostellers in addition to inculcating discipline among them. Airy rooms, clean ambience and healthy food provision make the stay in the hostels a pleasurable one.

Hostel Rules

• A separate form must be filled for the admission to the hostel and this form can be obtained from the administrative office.
• The brother / sister / parents guardian of the hostellers can meet them only on Saturdays and Sundays.
  VISITING HOURS
  Saturday (Summers): 3 pm - 6 pm
  Sunday (Summers): 9 am - 5 pm
  Saturday (Winters): 3 pm - 5 pm
  Sunday (Winters): 9 am - 5 pm
• It is compulsory for the parents to submit the photographs of all the visiting members in addition to their own photograph at the time of the admission of their ward to the hostel.
• In case a student is unwell, she must report to the warden.
• Leave for home visit shall be granted only once in a month. If the student remains absent for a long period of time, then she shall have to pay heavy fine, the amount of which shall be decided on per day basis.
• The students residing in the hostel can go out of the hostel only with their real brother / sister / parents / guardian whose attested photographs
• would have tobe submitted wi h the permission of the Warden / Director.
• No outsider shall be allowed to meet the students whose name has not been mentioned in the list given by the parents.
• Games are compulsory in the evenings except on Saturdays and Sundays. The timings for the games shall be put up on the notice board.
• Except on Sunday's, the time for studying has been specified from 9 PM to 10: 30 PM and proper supervision is undertaken during these hours.
• Letters of the students shall be given to them after being opened by the warden.
• It is compulsory to be in the mess at the specified time for the meals in proper dress (salwar kameez).
• The students are not permitted to stay in the hostels rooms during the institute hours from the st th 1 period to the 7 period.
• The day scholars shall neither be allowed to meet their friends in the hostel nor shall they be allowed to stay in the hostel.
• The students are not allowed to keep any precious articles, jewellery or a big amount of money in their possession.
• In case a student fails twice in the same class, she shall not be allowed to stay in the hostel.
• The visitors must not be taken to the rooms/canteen and in case of any violation, a fine shall be imposed.
• It is compulsory for the students to attend to their roll call every evening.
• In case of some emergency at home, the student can go home accompanied by the hostel authorities. The travel expenses of the person shall have to be paid by the student.
• The students shall be asked to vacate the hostel in case of any misbehavior or immoral conduct.
