Convocation, Alumni Meet & Prize Distribution

The 1st Convocation and Alumni meet of the institute was held in the month of January. Dr. Rajnish Arora, Vice Chance I.K.G.PTU, Jalandhar gave away the degrees. The entire batch from 2001-2007 were present on that day to receive the degrees and to attend Alumni meet.

The 2nd Convocation and Alumni meet was held on 7th April, 2012. Dr. A. K. Bakshi, the Vice Chancellor; Sardar Vallabhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut presented 200 degrees to the Graduate and Post Graduate students. Sh. Ishwar Chander Sharma, IPS, IGP was the Guest of Honour.

The 3rd Conovocation and Alumni meet was held on 14th February 2014. Dr. S. S. Johl, the Chancellor, Central University of Punjab, presented 200 degrees to the graduate and post-graduate students. Sh. Jaspal Singh, Controller of Examinations, Punjab Technical University was the Guest of Honour.

The 4th convocation was held on 23rd April, 2016. Dr. R. K. Kohli, Vice-Chancellor, Central University, Punjab, presented 200 degrees to graduate &post graduate students. Dr. Amanpreet Singh, Registrar, I.K.G. Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar was the Guest of Honour.

The 5th convocation was held on 8th April 2017. Dr. M. P. Poonia, Vice-Chairman, AICTE, presented 120 degrees to graduate and post graduate students. Dr. Prem Kumar, Vice Chancellor, GNA University was the Guest of Honour.
